Yes, we love custom orders! We’ll meet with you virtually to discuss your vision and ideas, and then we’ll design something incredible just for you. The time required depends on availability of materials.
2. Your stones are so unique. Where are they sourced?
We source stones and materials from all over the world, including Europe, Asia, Africa, North, and South America, with a trained eye for the unique and exceptional.
3. What type of metals do you use?
We design with Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil, Silver Plate and Gold plate, Brass and Copper.

7. Can you alter a piece?
Absolutely! We want your jewelry to fit you and make you feel amazing wearing it. Our necklaces can be made shorter or with fewer strands. If we have additional beads or pearls available, we can lengthen your necklace. We also sell extenders that allow you to wear your new necklace even longer than our adjustable chains.
8. Can you re-design a piece I already purchased?
Yes, as long as it’s in good condition. As time goes on, we understand that you may want a different look from your investment. We can add components and rework a piece to create a totally different look. We love redesigns!
9. Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. We strive for top-shelf quality in everything we do. Our pieces come with a lifetime workmanship guarantee so that if anything breaks or fails during normal use, we’ll repair it at no charge. If there is damage to a piece, we’ll do our best to repair it for a nominal charge.
10. What is your shipping policy?
We ship USPS 2-day Priority Mail with signature required and insured for safety and protection against loss.
11. What is your return policy?
We’ll be happy to accept your return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases.
